Pushizo for developers
Integrate Pushizo into your product with SDKs, a documented REST API and signed webhooks.
An SDK for every platform you use
Client SDKs subscribe devices and display notifications; server SDKs call the REST API from your own language.
Client SDKs
Available today: the web script tag served by your API server (/sdk-web/PushizoSDK.js), a Google Tag Manager Custom HTML tag, a WordPress functions.php snippet and the REST API from any language. SDKs marked “Coming soon” are being published to package registries (npm, Maven Central, CocoaPods, pub.dev, NuGet, PyPI, RubyGems, Packagist).
REST API
- The public API lives under /v1; authentication uses a Bearer API key.
- Every endpoint is described in an OpenAPI document; a Postman collection is available for download.
- The Idempotency-Key header prevents the same request from being processed twice.
- Rate limits range from 20 to 2,000 requests per second depending on the plan.
- Errors are returned in a consistent envelope with HS_-prefixed codes.
Webhooks and event streams
- Every webhook carries an HMAC-SHA256 signature in the Pushizo-Signature header.
- Failed deliveries are attempted 7 times in total at intervals from 1 minute to 24 hours; single or bulk replay is available.
- Event streams are customized with filters and a Liquid body template.
